Get ready to laugh, create, and think on your feet! In this high-energy improv class, students in grades 3–5 will build confidence, creativity, and collaboration through games and spontaneous scene work. Through classic improv games, imaginative scene-building, and collaborative storytelling, students will learn to generate silly ideas, create funny characters, and perform their own original sketches.
Improv is a listening-based art form, and students will practice sharing their voices while making space for others—skills that extend beyond the stage. Whether they’re identifying absurdities or inventing entire worlds, young actors will grow in creativity, confidence, and collaboration. Returning students are welcome and will continue to deepen their skills with new games and advanced scene work. No experience needed!
We will have a showcase for family and friends on December 8th. The last class is on 12/22.
